APPLICANT(S) COMPLETES FORM

The applicant fills out the online application form, verifies their identity digitally — no identity documents are stored and signs consent.

CHECK PROCESSING & EXCEPTION HANDLING:

Elite Screening Australia verifies the applicant’s information and manages any exceptions.

RESULTS DELIVERED SECURLEY:

Completed check results are uploaded to the branded TrueVault dashboard, and a secure link is sent to the employer where they can view or download the results.

REUSABLE VERIFICATION

Applicants do not need to repeat identity verification for future checks.

The Applicant Experience

  • Application should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
  • Applicant can use a PC (with a web cam), smartphone or tablet to complete the application. This process is 100% online.
  • All data and ID are submitted in a secure session.
  • ESA handles all support inquiries by either phone or email to get the applicant through the lodgment process.
