They are then guided through TrueVault’s identity verification process, where their ID is validated securely using advanced biometrics and compliance-grade encryption. No identity documents are stored, and the process is fast, private, and fully compliant.

Once verification is complete, the check is processed and the result is uploaded to your company-branded TrueVault dashboard. Employers automatically receive a secure notification link, where they can log in to view the result online or download a PDF copy for their records.
